I’m listening to Morcheeba today – a gorgeous blast from the past that my friend Ruby from The Holistic Directory reminded me of yesterday.  Such soulful tunes, perfect for this time of year with dreamy summer vibes…

Their song ‘Rome Wasn’t Built In A Day’ came on just as I was live in our Bodhi Babes Facebook tribe, which reminded me of two things – first of all the theme of this week, which has all been about trusting the process and recognising that no one gets to avoid the work – you can read my last blog ‘Heart & Hustle Of Business’ for more on this.

I also realised that I will be in Rome in 2 weeks!! Yeeewwww!  I am SO excited about this as I used to live in Rome and I haven’t been back in 12 years!  I’m thrilled to be going back to visit this incredible city that will always have a piece of my heart.  So many great memories & friends made and so much joy – a life-changing year that I’ll never forget.

I was just 22 when I lived in Rome and I did so on a budget, living and working in a hostel, sharing a dorm with some of the best friends I’ve ever had and meeting, partying and exploring, with people from all over the world, every day – we had a blast!  

This trip to Italy will be very different but I’m so looking forward to going back to this amazing city, to visit some great friends and the incredible Yellow Hostel (although this time the new and trendy hotel) where I had so much fun as a young adult.

And first to Florence, another city I’m in love with, where I’ll be meeting up with my amazing mentor, Gina Devee and my gorgeous Divine Living Academy sisters, for an incredible 3 day mastermind in one of THE most stunning 5 star hotels, right on the river Arno.  Oh the difference 12 years makes!

I feel so blessed to be able to work in this way, all I need today is my laptop, wifi and I’m good to go…. to Italy, to LA, to NYC, to Miami, to Paris, just the trips I have booked in so far for this year. I’ve created this business and lifestyle by design and am so in love with everything I do.  The beautiful women I get to work with, who inspire me every day, the ability to write, create, coach, host stunning workshops, speak at incredible events and travel often.

I wish the same for you too….

The road hasn’t always been easy and I’m still very much on the journey, it’s all about the journey! But I’ve overcome anxiety, depression and panic attacks, to getting super clear on my desires, with a mindset to support my success, the self-belief to create it, knowing the actions to take and having support from incredible mentors and a tribe of high-vibe, supportive #BodhiBabes.  If I can do it, so can you!  With clarity, the right mindset, inspired action and support, you can create the business and life you dream of.
