It’s time to buck the old paradigm of having to compromise, hustle, drive and strive to create success. You’re craving and deserving of more ease and flow. It’s time to listen to your intuition more, to design and create a business and life you love.

A few weeks ago I spent 2 days in bed, full of a head cold, exhausted and burnt out. It was my body forcing me to stop after I had spent the last two months ignoring signs and my intuition.

I’d put my all in to the launch of a new coaching programme but something didn’t feel right, I wasn’t as excited about the launch as I had been for the previous round and it felt hard. But I’d invested £10k in my team, marketing and event venue, so I pushed on…

Until the pushing forced me to stop.

So over those two days in bed I remembered my why, the reason I became an entrepreneur and started my coaching company and the foundation of everything I do — freedom… ease and flow. I have burnt out before in my corporate careers and previous businesses and I am simply not available to work like that any longer but here I was again finding myself following the old pattern of working hard and striving to make things work.
Sound familiar?

It doesn’t have to be hard… don’t get me wrong, in business you have to show up and do the work but it can feel great and doesn’t have to lead to exhaustion.

When you take care of you first, follow your intuition, your joy and what lights you up and match that with inspired action, working towards your vision; you consciously create a business and life you love.

My coach once said ‘business is relatively simple, working against unconscious limiting beliefs is hard’ and that resonated with me so much. Anytime we start pushing and working hard it usually because we don’t believe it can be easy and we’ve got caught up in the old paradigm of ‘work hard for what you get’. But the world has changed, the way we work is changing and it is easier than ever to create your dream business and life and get your message out in the world… to create and receive from the feminine, with ease and flow.

Your dreams are there for a reason and are meant to be lived out — they’re your purpose. So follow your intuition, get clear on your desires and take each next ‘right-action’ to make them a reality.
