PODCAST EP 14 – 5 Min Pep With Louise George

Fear will always be along for the ride, but you can ‘put fear in the backseat’ as Liz Gilbert so beautifully put in her book, Big Magic.  Fear can come along for the ride, but you must make sure it is in its place and not allowed any of the controls.

“I am”, “I can”, “I will” are some of the most powerful words you can use to program your mind.

Focus on what you can do, have done and what has gone right.
Where you go from here will be created by your mindset, by what you choose to believe from this point forwards.

Think about where the beliefs and stories that are creating the fear came from, where they began.  Once you are aware of them, you can choose to write a new story.

You can have, be and do anything – but you must CHOOSE what that is.

Get clear on what it is you want to feel, and how the results you will achieve will contribute to those desired feelings.  Once you have a clear vision of who you truly are and what you desire, you have the driving force to create those things.

Today is page one, chapter one. Go and create your amazing story.
