This week I’m celebrating my incredible client Nancy Florence. Here’s a little insight into our work together and how much she’s thriving in her life and business today!

What’s your name? Nancy Florence

What do you do? Success Coach for New Online Mumpreneurs and Coaches

How long have you been in business? I started my Psychotherapy practice 5 years and ago and transitioned into coaching a year ago.

What do you LOVE about the work you do? I LOVE seeing women take a stand for their dream and take fierce action to make it happen. My favourite part is when my clients call me to celebrate their first sales. To me, it’s the best feeling in the world.

Where was your business at before 1:1 Coaching with Louise? When I first hired Louise 18 months ago, I was running an Online Property Business alongside my Psychotherapy Practice. I wasn’t happy in my property business and she helped me realise it was not in my Zone of Genius…coaching was.

Where is your business at now in comparison? Wow! Where do I start? Let’s just say that I jump out of bed every morning to be of service to the world. Now I ONLY do the work that truly lights me up, working with high-end clients 1-1 and running gorgeous workshops and retreats. I created the Laptop Lifestyle that was only a dream not too long ago. I created gorgeous high-end clients on both sides of the pond and I get to make a positive difference in the world on a much bigger scale. I am well on track to achieve my first 6-figure year and I don’t feel overwhelmed anymore. I learned how to work in a way that feels good to me and that allows me to enjoy long weekends with my family.

What are the big breakthroughs you’ve experienced this year? This year has been amazing so far. I decided to go for Extraordinary in 2017 and I am already planning gorgeous trips to LA, France and Togo (Africa). I celebrated the first year anniversary of the Fierce Mum Bosses community and I launched my signature Modern Mums Programme.

What are the biggest transformations you’ve seen in yourself? I have become the true Queen of Nancy’s world. Now I know my worth and I am clear on my desires. I don’t live in a constant state of anxiety anymore. In fact I feel good everyday…for the most part of everyday which is a huge transformation for me. I am a much better mother and partner for it.

What realisations / mindset shifts have changed things the most for you? The biggest mindset shift for me is that I understand now that I am the Creator of my Reality. Simple as that.

Think back to this time last year – what limiting belief/s did you have that you don’t have anymore? Last year I still believed that Life was hard, that Business was hard and I had a story about working hard and struggling to achieve what I wanted. Also I did not really believe in myself which translated in a lot of nervousness during sales calls.

Whoohoo! So my biggest wins so far this year are:

• I enrolled gorgeous high-end clients in Europe and America into my programmes and they’ve already created incredible results in their business and lives.
• I launched my best programme so far: ‘The Modern Mum Programme’ designed to teach busy mums how to thrive both at work and at home.
• I took up dancing again at the Pineapple Studio in Covent Garden. YEAH!!!!
• I have already planned incredible family holidays in Los Angeles, France and Togo (Africa)
• I achieved my first 8k month!

What are your three top business tips for highly-motivated entrepreneurs like you, who are where you were and feeling stuck in their business and want to move forward?

1 – Give yourself permission to create the business of your dreams and only do the work you love. That’s where your joy and your money are.

2 – Get a Coach or a Mentor who knows how to help you get from A to B

3 – Make ‘Feeling Good’ your top priority and you will be successful at home and in your business.

What does a day in your life and business feel like now in comparison to before you started coaching? I was in Hell. Now I’m in Heaven. Best way I can explain it. And it’s no exaggeration.

What were your concerns / reservations before signing up for 1:1 Coaching with Louise? None. I knew I needed coaching and it just felt like the right decision for me and my business.

What would you say to that person with those reservations now? If you were an Athlete, a CEO or a Hollywood Actor you would not dream of reaching excellence without a Coach.
